Do you( or anyone else ) know of any builders in the West Midlands , that you would recommend ?

It occurs to me, Baz, that it might help people here to know about the type of building work required.  For example, while Fred Bloggs might be excellent at building garden walls and creating patios, etc, he might be totally useless when it comes to building work that requires complicated mains services to be fitted into a building.

You need recommendations.  It's by far the best way. Try local Builders' Merchants. The fellas behind the counter will have a pretty good idea who's worth trying.
