er Barmaids answer is AFTER probate
My go: yes is the answer so long as you keep records. So photograph the garage and then sell. The moolah should go into the executors account ( if there is one) - NOT the deceased's whose acct should have been frozen a few days after the death
I photographed every room in my late mothers house ( jeez you should have heard the squawking on AB when I said that) and then we proceeded to sell. I cant recollect when the big sale was.
oh, and my gt nephew has offered ( and been accepted) on a house where they are waiting for probate - look no ouija board
these remarks ( as a walk-in) do NOT apply to those dying intestate when you have to wait for letters of administration
