Hot water, washing up liquid and one of those plastic scrunchy scrub body wash things.

Finish off with a spray of viakal if needed and buff with a dry cloth.

rub it with a dish washer tablet(i put one in centre of a sponge it's easier to hold) leave for a few minutes then rinse off

Get a couple of bottles of Viakal, spray all over, leave window open and scrub off after half an hour.  Shower whole area and wipe dry.  Good luck!

Supermarkets sell a nifty wee sponge on a plastic frame that has a squeezable reservoir into which you can put a 50/50 solution of Fairy Liquid and white vinegar and use after each shower. The heads are cheap and replaceable.

Ultra-Manly Liquid will do just as well btw.

I use white vinegar.  Works for most stuff ,especially limescale.
