Gel Nail Polish

I have only ever used ordinary nail polish. Please can someone educate me about gel polish, I know that you need a UV light to "cure" the polish when you put it on, but how do you remove it?

I looked at these gels then found out that the UV light might cause skin cancer so I gave it a swerve.

Thank you, that looks like a lot of faff, I think I will stick to the normal stuff.

It's quite a pain to get it off yourself, so I would recommend Nail Technician at salon. Although others might not agree with me.😀 I've got gel on my nails now. They've lasted about 6 weeks! They are in need to be renewed now. Try it, they do last longer.

I'm not a nail polish person but bought nice gold  colour in Poundland   it lasted for months especially toe nails form one pound.  Brilliant stuff
