This thing is driping (see photo) on my boiler
Is it something I can fix or do I have to call a plummer?
Thank you

The arrow shows that flow direction is left to right. Silver nut on top controls the valve inside, so theoretically you could close the valve, unscrew the fitting on the right and replace the (presumably) failed washer, BUT if the valve hasn't been operated for a while (like months or years) they are notoriously prone to leaking when you move them and you could end up with a bigger problem on your hands. So this is a fairly long winded way of saying, I'd get a plumber in!
Looks to me that is a hand tightened connection. Before calling anyone I would nip it up a bit and see if it is cured.
I cannot see it getting rorse but if it does simply turn the slotted screw 90 degress (to the flow) to turn it off until help arrives.
But I am pretty confident nipping bit up will seal it.
Just bare in mind that where you see the water dripping is not necessarily where the leak is. More often than not the leak is higher up that pipe and running down to a point where it can no longer run, and drips free. To pove if this is the case or not, rap some toilet tissue or a thin rag higher up the pipe and leave for an hour or two. Needless to say if wet your leak is higher up.
