how do you move a radiator, to other part of room

I know very little about central heating, but I think you'd have to turn the system off, isolate the radiator, divert the piping to where you want the radiator sited, and reconnect. If you don't know exactly what you're doing, leave it to someone who does, it's not weekend DIY (not for the likes of me anyway).

You will have to drain the system too. We had a radiator moved from under the window to the opposite wall and had to have the floorboards up to reconnect all the pipework. Best leave it to a qualified plumber.

This job could be carried out without draining-down the system - you would need to hire a "freezing kit". This could only be used on the proviso that there is enough exposed flow+return pipework to the radiator to fit the freezing clamps.

Should you decide to drain-down your system to carry out the re siting of the radiator, be prepaired to encounter problems - not necessarily with the piping up to the radiator, but eradicating any air-lock problems.This problem may not just involve the resited radiator, but other radiators on the system could become air-locked.

All the above will not apply if your system is "pressurised".

I would strongly advise you to have a heating engineer/plumber carry out the work unless you are a very competent diy'er.
