Hi,

I have found an amazing empty building where I would like to establish my painting studio on one of the floor. Of course i would like to get in touch with the owner of the building? how do I find him? which agency/borough/council/departments should I contact to get a name and address? And finally does it cost anything?

You could do a search at the land registry perhaps

www.landreg.gov.uk I think it costs about �2

They are the people who know who owns what.
