We have an old toilet that has become scratched over the years in places ie the white finish has been removed to be replaced by ugly grey scratches.

where can i buy a paint or coating to touch-up this finish to bring the all-white finish back? a coating that wont be noticeable when dried

I assume you've scratched the glaze on the porcelain. I don't reckon paint will stick to this and it certainly won't be invisible. Sorry, can't help.

I suspected as much but will try b&q on the off-chance.

thanks.

we had a similair problem with out old bath, we got a number out of the yellow pages for a firm who can re-enamel it but it worked out nearly as expensive as buying a brand new bath so we just left it
