boiler shutdown(ariston)

we have just had a ariston microgenus he28 mffi combi condensing boiler installed about 3 months ago. just recently it had been making funny noises when starting up and now it just shuts down with the error code a-79 on the display. we dont know what this error code means because in the user manual it has a77 and a78 and not a79 listed. we know that the 'a' stands for (non-volatile) shutdown,but dont know what the 79 means we have reset boiler pressing reset button but still comes up with the error code a79.

bazzacr, Check the system pressure dial, It is possible that the system is losing pressure.However,you should contact the installer, even if repressurising solves the problem.The good news is that, as with most boiler manufacturers,a 2 year guarantee comes with the appliance. So, should you not be able to contact the installer, contact the manufacturer.
