Does anyone have a wormery. I'm thinking about the device with 3 trays you put waste scraps of food in for the worms to consume. Does any ABer use one? Do they work? Or do they become a thing relegated to the garage shelf cos the worms have died?

Nickmo. Was aware of said site. Didn't want to potentially waste 80 quid. Methinks they will be very encouraging with a view to selling. Thanks for your input any encouragement.

Downloader. Had a quick look at the site. Will have to read more cheers.

I gave one to my Father for Christmas a few years ago

They work very well and produce both liquid fertiliser and compost.

The worms need a constant supply of food as they work from the bottom to the top.

Worms can die in cold frosty weather if not protected.

Get one; quite a garden novelty.
