It seems to be legitimate, but don't waste time or money phoning the premium rate line at �1.50 per minute to find out. They will undoubtedly give you general advice about claiming land using adverse possession laws.

It relies on people's greed, and twists the knife by suggesting that there could be a plot of land in your village. Get real.
