Tile grout washed down sink
3 Answers
After having the bathroom tiled, I later found out that the tiler had washed tile grout down the sink and the bath. When water is washed down the plug there is alot of 'bubbling' and there is a definate smell at times coming up the plug holes. I'm not sure if there's a solution. Any suggestions?

Just tip it down the trap to replace the water already there, the water will foam and disolve the grout, when the foaming has stopped , flush and replace the liquid until the foaming has stopped.
The liquid will not harm plastics, but beware using on stainless steel. This mixture is a weak form of a commercial acid
