Just how do I prevent that horrid musty smell that emanates from the drum/powder dispenser of my machine? I have tried boil washes with bleach in, but to no avail!!!

try fabric conditioner alone...without putting clothes in....seems to work for me.

Get one of these little plastic balls into which you pour your liquid soap (like liquid Ariel) and put it straight into the drum with your clothes. I haven't used my powder dispenser drawer for years.
