Laminate and tile flooring

In a new house the kitchen and dining room areas are open plan, ie., only separated by an arch threshold of about 6 feet. I'm laying ceramic tiles in the kitchen area and laminate (wood) in the dining area. How do I finish/conceal where the two meet?
