I have some dwarf sweet pea seeds from my plants last year, when is the best time to plant them or is it too late now? Thanks in advance for your answers.

I would give em a go, they have two choices and seem to have a long shelf life too.

Best soak them for a few hours first, then decide wheather you want to sow them in the open ground, where you want them to grow or under glass in long biodegradable pots.

I think your best bet, at this time is try them outside, hopefully they should germinate in approx 10-20 days Good Luck.
