Garden fence

The garden that runs down to the side of my house has just had another shed erected. It looks like its going to be for birds or some other kind of animal as it's got chicken wire at the front and on the top. As this is only a few feet away from the side of my conservatory seperated only by a 6ft fence( all I look out on now is shed roofs) surely he carn't have this so close to my windows?, its different for him as his garden is very long and its well away from his house. Why do people have everything at the bottom of there garden dont they realise there is someone living just over the fence. Its the same with their neighbours always having bonfires again at the bottom of their garden just over the fence from our house. In the summer its unbearable with the smoke coming in the windows.
