I don't know about 'official', but most such words are based on a Greek root-word with the suffix 'phile' or 'ophile'. For example, an 'arctophile' is someone who loves/collects teddy bears. On that basis, since 'tsagiera' is the Greek for 'teapot', how about a 'tsagierophile'?

Einstein's right: there's a new part-work magazine being advertised on TV at the moment especially for collectors of teapots. Glad to see there's a potential market for them!
