i have great pressure in all parts of my house for hot water but recently lost it in the kitchen, it barely trickles out ,what could be wrong and what should i check?

My husband suggests you change or clean washer in the tap, as it may be blocked causing the water to trickle through. Good Luck

Are you in a hard water area? If so, a piece of lime scale might have detached itself and got stuck in the pipe. This happened to us and a plumber had to force acid down the pipe to clear it. Hope it is as pauline says and just the washer to change.

One large water company named after the river which flows through London has reduced water pressure in certain of its areas. Also, if there is a massive leak the water company will cut off/reduce water pressure until repairs are made. This hapened to me recently in my area.
