Dog friendly blinds

I have 2labs, one 13yr old+one who is 19weeks. My blinds were in a state before little Izzy arrived but now she's pulled of all the little chains that join them together! My front window comes down to the floor and both dogs like to lie with their heads poking through the blinds. Are there any blinds i can get which they cant ruin like this? Because of the style of the window a roller blind wouldn't look right, any suggestions? Thanx
