As a houseplant, can cinneraria be kept from year to year and if so how should it be cared for and pruned to flower the next year?

cineraria (seneceo cruetus) I'm afraid is a short lived herbaceous plant that dies down when its finnished flowering.

One way of propergating it is to plant it outside when its died down and small plantlets should form around the base of the plant, these can be detached in september and potted up to produce new plants. Good Luck.
