Ultimate Sushi - Eat Live Squid

I recall watching this years ago, possibly late night after getting in from work - I hope someone can put me out of my misery and prove that it wasn't just some horrible nightmare......
A man (reporter/researcher) reads a book about a myth regarding ultimate sushi, showing a drawing of a man with tentacles of the squid growing throughout his body. He decides to try it for 'research purposes' to see if there is any truth in it. A 'Japanese' lady feeds him the live squid with chopsticks. The man is to appear on a tv interview and has to sit in an egg like chair whilst waiting for his turn. However, to his horror, he discovers a large dark patch of ink seeping through his beige trousers and leaves. Later on he 'vomits' up a fairly large squid only to realise that it is just a baby and the adult is still inside him.

There was a Korean film a couple of years back called "Old Boy" that had a live squid eating scene in.

Jenky, This is all I get when I Google - eat live suid etc - and it's not the one unfortunately - many thanks for your help though....
