I have two in pots on the patio that have come through the winter aparantly perfectly, and are now looking quite green and healthy, but not showing any signs of developing buds. Will they flower again this year? I thought they were annuals and would just die in the winter.

Given sufficient sun light (a lot) and keeping the soil moist but not water logged, usually produces multiple bloom times for the Calibrachoa... We've had good luck with this plant...
