almond tree disease

on my almond tree the leaves have a vert wierd bubbley effect and they turn red and bubbley and curl up does anyone know what this could be as i am very concerned

Its almost certainly 'peach leaf curl' a fungal disease that affects peaches,nectarines and almonds and occaisionaly apricots. the tree needs to be treated with a fugicide ie bordeaux mixture or other copper fungicide,following the manufacturers instructions. Good Luck.
