You may find, especially in very cold conditions, that your rooms may not reach the required temperature if you fit covers over the radiators.
If you have thermostatic radiator valves, you will find that the radiator valve will shut down before the room has warmed, as it is receiving a false room temperature.
Sorry to put you off, but radiator covers are not a good idea.
