making elder flower juice

does anyone know how to make your own elderflower juice?, i have plant in my garden and thought it would be wonderful do make my own juice out of it if anyone knows how to that would be great thanks again

Here's a recipie for-ELDERFLOWER CORDIAL-

In a lage bowl put 10 elderflower heads, 11/2lbs of sugar, 2 chopped lemons and 1oz of tartaric acid. pour on 4 pints of boiling water. stir well. cover with a tea towel and leave for 24 hours, stiring occaisionally. strain through muslin and then bottle. can be used straight away or kept for a few weeks (or longer ifthe bottles are sterilised and corked). Dilute with water.

Ps The book did'nt say this but pick the flowers on a sunny day, give em a good shake first and cut off any green stem to take out any bitterness.
