I've recently purchased two Bamboo plants..When I first got them home they looked really heathy,,now a lot of the leaves are starting to 'pale' and they just dont seem to be 'taking' too well to there new envirourment..I have been watering them every evening ,this is the time when I water all my garden plants.I was wondering am I over watering them or do they need even more water..

Hi, I am wondering what your soil type is? if it is clay then they could be sitting in a sump and therefore, overwatered, if however your soil is free draining, they could indeed need more water, as all bamboos are quite thirsty. If you can't decide, why not dig down and feel what the soil moisture is around the root of your bamboos. Hope this helps.
I am not sure if all bamboo plants are the same, but I have had an arrangement of them in a vase full of water on my coffee table for the last year or two.
