I put the blame on the heat-wave we have right now, its so difficult to keep things on an even keel. Going off at a slight tangent, I expect to see my apples splitting when we do get some rain, thats if they have'nt all fallen off by then.
You may be able to improve moisture retention by mulching with some humus rich compost and watering in hot dry periods, also discard any splitting toms to avoid them becoming infected. Good Luck T bird+

Perhaps the daytime temperature in your greenhouse is just too excessive in all this heat. Some of the flowers on my outdoor tomatoes, which are on a south-facing fence and getting really baked, are dropping off without setting to fruit despite being regularly watered, and I can't remember this happening before.
You may find that if the temperature drops, the flowers will start setting again. You seem to be doing all the right things. Is your greenhouse shaded and well ventilated? You can try spraying the plants regularly to keep up the humidity, which may help.
