Latex versus memory foam mattress

Does anybody have a comparison between a firm natural latex mattress and a memory foam? I've had firm Dunlopillo latex all my life, and have a bad back that knows what it likes, but they're so expensive now, and have only a 5 year guarantee! I love them, but maybe a memory foam would be as good? Seems the consensus is they're softer? Also I hear foam gets warm as well. I'm hot enough as it is. Also heavy enough!
