I don't know where you all live, but, John Lewis sell them, they arrange for someone to come and measure up and then fit them when they are made.
Penney's has some that go top down and bottom up, both or either, and are inexpensive. <http://www.jcpenney.com/jcp/ProductsHOM.aspx?D eptID=28541&CatID=28541&Grptyp=SIZ&ItemId=12fc 438&siteID=210054843>

These cellular blinds look good <http://www.blindsgalore.com/FeaturedCategory.asp?feature=topdown>

This one seems simple and beautiful

Here are some bottom up roller blinds

(For some reason the site doesn't seem to be displaying all of my post, but if you select the whole thing, copy, and paste into another document you can see all the links.)
try www.bottomupblinds.co.uk They are inexpensive (about 1/4 price of eclectics), simple and quick delivery!
