The good news is, you can devide your plant into smaller clumps to produce several smaller plants, as long as you make sure all have roots on them. just pull the clumps apart and cut if necessary, pot up but go easy on the watering at first until the roots have started to grow, this is best done in the spring (well worth waiting!)
They grow best in semi-shade and do well on houseplant food. they are not keen on chlorinated water, so either give rain water or let tap water stand to allow the chlorene to disipate and let it reach room tempreture. An occaisional tablespoon of bonemeal mixed in with the water will keep it looking healthy. Good Luck Tbird+
