Does the very thing that gets us clean ever get dirty? What I mean is, what keeps the soap itself clean?

I don't know about you, but when i've finished, I wash the suds off it in running water before I put it away, would imagine that keeps it clean.

I never use a bar of soap especially in the bathroom. Imagine what goes on to it !!! It`s used to wash off god knows what, left there until it`s picked up by the next person. And so on...
