Cooker Instructions for a Neff

Hi, I've moved into a flat and there are no instructions for the cooker. I've managed to cook using the top and the bottom oven, however I've read that when you have a fan assisted cooker you can defrost food twice as quickly by putting the FA oven into fan mode (i.e. with No heat) This is what I want to learn how to do. Also cannot set the time on the display it's driving me mad! Where do i find Neff appliances instructions on the web???
