Is there any special material I can get hold off to make the job easier and faster?

I'm thinking of using plasterboards and wood to support it. The wood will be fixed to the wall and floor. Is there any fixtures out there which I can use to screw the wood to the wall or floor?

Thanks for any info.

Normally you'd nail 4x2 to make up the stud framework, then attach plasterboard each side. Since it would shake the house about, what's wrong with using screws?

Thank you, I think I have got the idea. I meant to say the wood was to create the frame.
