I live in a house which is split into two maisonette flats. I am upstairs with neighbours downstairs. We are being offered Freehold for the property as #1000 plus costs between us. I am hoping to sell the property in the near future. Is it wise for us to take this opportunity?

I have issues with my right of access to my share of teh garden. This may become more of an issue when I go to sell. One option is to sell my portion to the neigbour downstairs and sell my flat as a non-garden one. (Quite honestly because of the access issue, it's prob only option.)
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. This was offered 2 years ago at #5000 so they are keen to sell. Will this help with my selling the flat in future? (London)

Sounds good to me. But I'd speak to a solicitor first to make sure what you are getting.
