thoes small grey insect things tend to get into my house but im not sure whats attrcting them, any friendly deterents

Try and fill any gaps under doors and put a fine mesh over air vents. They love damp dark places, so if you can eliminate these places you should stop them coming in.

And just for info, a woodlouse is actually a crustacean (like crabs and lobsters).
