You could try a bit of vaseline on them if the Renapur is not working
I was recently looking for something for cleaning a leather item and did a Google.co.uk search (UK only) with the words "leather cleaning" - typed in just like that complete with double quotation marks - and on the first page displayed to me there was at least one site to do with cleaning of leather shoes. They may have a product for softening leather too.

how chic.
Shaney, I didn't see your question at the time, but my answer is the same as Dee Sa's. I had loving parents but for some reason they thought they knew better than me about how my shoes felt, when I was little. They always bought them too small and assured me I'd grow into them. What I have grown into is permanently painful feet. Never buy shoes that don't fit in the shop.
Well, you've had nearly a year now, so maybe they've softened up a bit...

Lol...the blasted shoes are still at the back of the cupboard where I threw them in disgust in spite of liberal applications of Vaseline and dubbin.
This will teach me not try and be a fashion icon at my age and to stick with my usual footwear of wellies or slippers.

wey-hey! where were all of those bags hiding? now you're talking, I love handbags, hate shoes. and the smell of leather...mmmm...
I told someone once the smell of leather was driving me wild to which he replied 'Don't worry, you'll soon go off the boil'. When I accused him of being unromantic he said 'Well what d'ya want me to do in the middle of the Sunday market?'...hahaha

well have a look in News, I have just posted a link to a wonderful video where a newsreader refuses to have anything to do with the Paris Hilton story; her colleagues stop her burning it but she manages to feed it into the shredder. I feel so much cheerier watching that. Wouldn't happen on the beeb though.
Ooooooh Noooo....not handbags ...tie me up and shove me in the cupboard please and whatever you do don't let Mr S see them ...I get firmly marched past any where that sells handbags when we go out shopping .
My name is Shaney and I have a handbag fetish ! Hahahaha ...I rather like the look of that one top left .........
