What is it??

I two pewter item I don't know what they are...maybe someone can help or point me in the right direction
where I might find out if no one know?
I would call each a "dish" but not like for eating, the smaller of the two is 2" in diameter and the larger one is 3 3/4" in diameter each dish has a very decrative handle with rings thru the holes 3 on the small and 4 on the large
On the back of the larger one reads "HANDARE" "origins Sweden" "UE" "pewter" and "P10"
???Any Ideas what I have???? Thanks for any response

My suggestion was also 'bob bon' dishes but I see that I've been forestalled. It's difficult to make any valid judgement in the absence of a picture.
