I am a chef and would like to grow my own 'funky cress.' I was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy seeds for different type of cress - such as purple and rock chives.... PLEASE HELP!

I've always used this company for seeds as they tend to have something a little bit different. http://www.edirectory.co.uk/chilternseeds/

Try Land Cress. Its a bit like watercress and lovely. Seeds a bit difficult to find, but am sure Chiltern seeds would do it, they are fantastic for seeds.
