Covers for chairs

Can anyone tell me where I can get Linda Barker's instructions for covering chairs and sofas? She was asked in her Sunday Express column to give same, for a simple chair cover, which couild be made bigger for a sofa, and she did. I cut it out, and have now lost it. I want to make two or three different sets of covers for my chairs - I am an untidy gardener, always flopping down with mud on me somewhere, so I need to get covers which are quick to get off, and on, and are washable. Any help gratefully received.
