Has anyone heard of any adverse information yet about joining the new advertised tiscali �12.99 broadband as I wish to have broadband installed and I dont want to sign-up and be in a situation simular to the talk talk fiasco.

I've been using it for about 18 months and I'm pretty satisfied. Unlike Talk Talk they gradually built up the base of customers, not big bang like TT. About the only thing they don't do is to tell me when they reduce the price of the service to new customers - I have to point this out to them. Which makes me realise I'm still paying �13.99 - thanks for the tip - I'm off to recover my �1.

Hi Rayman, Buildersmate is right, they do give a really good service, very reliable, I have used the service for over a year now, but again am still paying at the original rate. I have the inclusive package which includes all of my landline phone calls, it still works out much cheaper than using BT for my calls and then paying for Broadband too. Hope this helps, Good Luck
