Yes its me again. Now you have all given me your tips on removing my woodchip, I now need to know how to remove those 'hard wall' picture hooks, without damaging the walls. Two just popped out, but the rest wont budge.

can they be hammered all the way in so they're flush with the wall !
alternatively try a pair of pliers and twist the pins as you try to pull them. if they have a brass cap on the end you'll need to get that off first.
