I just use soapy water and dry them off with a good kitchen roll that doesn't leave white bits everywhere.
Another good tip I got last week after scratching my brand new glossy work top is to clean the scratch with a bit of toothpaste to take off any grease, dust or anything elise that might be on there and then rub 'T' cut on it and then polish off. Believe me it really does work and brings the worktop up like new.
