Guttering Leaking

During last nights heavy rain water started pouring through our guttering where it is supported by one of holders (a double one). Is this likely to be where some sealeant has detiriorated or something more sinister?

If it is Plastic guttering,itmight just need clipping back into place, they don't have sealant, there is a piece of rubber in the bottom of coupler to stop it leaking, if it is iron you can get a gutter sealant, but whatever it is it isn't a big job, Ray
