missing post

i havent had any post in a few days, and i checked with my neighbours in the block of flats i live in, they havent received any either. is there a number i can call Royal Mail to find out what's going on? i'm waiting for some important post.

Do you know where your local sorting office is,you can call there in person.The number should be in your telephone book. You can also ask in your postoffice. I don`t think there will be one central number.

thanks guys. postman came round this morning, its not his fault apparantly, its the trade button on my building. so it's a problem for the housing association.
