Hello.
When there is a power cut is there a time when you can claim compensation - ie for food in the fridge/freezer being spoilt. Any advice/help appreciated. Have power cut at moment and am most annoyed! :)

Not sure about this off the top of my head, it was too dark to go rummaging through my paperwork.

Only going off my experience i had a power cut for 10 hours one sunday and i claimed for the contents of my freezer and they paid up no problem (Barclays) as they said in 10 hours frozen food would be ruined.
