Celeriac mash
4 Answers
I recently had cleeriac mash at a friends house and it was delicious, but I have just looked up a recipe and it appears that basically it is just celeriac mashed up. I thought the one I had at my friends also contained some mashed potatoes as well, unfortunately I cant find this out as her boyfriend made it and he is now her ex. Anyone any ideas if you can make it say half'n'half with potatoes.
Thanks
