I had my annual boiler service not long back. In all it took a week for the boiler to be �serviced� I had 5 different guys to sort it out and it took me 3 phone calls to BG and 4 phone calls from them. Had I not been on the sick then I would have had to have taken virtually a week off to let them into the house etc and when finally the supervisor chap from the help desk phoned me back he said that he didn�t really feel that I had cause for complaint (which I hadn�t requested in the first place!)
