Hi any Builders out there can help??? I have a small bathroom and always leave the window open and fan when in shower and bath but no matter what room full of condensation. Have to wallpaper every spring as paper starts to peel off. Cant afford to tile wall to wall with tiles, if I had it skimmed over and plastered then just painted walls would that last longer. Just had house pointed and thats not helped either.

Why don't you have a humidity controlled fan installed instead of an ordinary one, this will monitor humidity in the bathroom 24 hours per day, it will switch itself on and off without you touching it, I put a lot of these in and they work very well, might be worth thinking about, Ray
When using the bath put cold water in first.
if you have wallpaper every year surely it would be more cost effective to tile a bit at a time instead?
same problem, fan doesnt work so i open window. my walls are artexed.
