Moles

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get rid of moles.
Sorry animal lovers but if the best suggestion involves killing it then so be it - just tell me how!!!

I had some popping up all over my lawn, but didn't want to kill them with poison, so I put the hosepipe down the top hole and left it running for half the day-the water flooded out the whole run and the moles moved next door instead. Give it a go!
