I was wondering if anyone could recommend a firm that they've had a good experience with, when claiming compensation, please?

I would be claiming for injuries sustained in a car accident and would rather go with someone personally recommended, if at all possible.

Hiya hon, no personal experience of claiming but if you're looking for someone local to you, grab me on msn later and I'll do a local search and see who comes up.

Am a commercial property lawyer myself but know quite a few PI lawyers and they should be able to recommend someone good for you if you give me some more details :) xxx

They basically call upon the best service available in your area, like middle men. They only charge the company that will take on the case.

did you not get legal cover with your insurance policy,if you did your insurance company will deal with it all for you and their solicitors will fight for compo for you.
